Winter Wellbeing Week will help you feel nourished, healthy and happy during these long, chilly winter days in Ōtepoti!

Enjoy a warm welcome back to campus, with delicious kai, mood-boosting music, free health and wellbeing checks and info, and spot prizes and competitions throughout the week.

Be sure to bring along your student ID so you can go into the draw to win one of two $50 Prezzy Cards per day!

There are lots of ways to make the most of Winter Wellbeing Week:

Have your blood pressure and blood sugar checked by Diabetes NZ and the Heart Foundation
Do you know your blood type? Find out with the NZ Blood Service
Are you up to date with your cervical screening? It’s super easy and discreet to do right here on campus if you like.

Or, simply come along to have some warming kai and enjoy the vibes!
