Otago Polytechnic alumni share a common bond as students from one of Otago’s leading education providers and one of the country’s oldest educational centres.

Alumni include people of all ages and are widely dispersed reaching all corners of the world.

The alumni community comprises all students who have successfully completed studies at Otago Polytechnic.

“Alumni” is derived from a Latin word Alumnus or Alumna. It is the plural for one who has attended an organisation or school and has left after successfully completing their studies. The term “alumni” is now recognised throughout the world to refer to graduates of universities and technical institutes.
