Massage Therapy

Are you interested in helping people alleviate ailments, feel better and improve their athletic performance?

Massage therapists manipulate the soft tissue of people's bodies to help reduce stress and tension, improve athletic performance and treat a variety of ailments. This may include conducting physical assessments of clients, kneading muscles and pressure points, and providing relaxation, stretching and injury prevention techniques.

Massage therapists may specialise in a particular massage sytle such as sports, deep-tissue, or relaxation massage.
