Nathan Thompson

Nathan Thompson is an artist and musician from Port Chalmers New Zealand. He has worked as an illustrator both freelance and for popular New Zealand preschool program 'You and Me' making fun and educational graphics and animated inserts. His art practice combines video, installation and drawing, often resulting in live performances that explore relationships between time, sound, noise and signal.
He is a founding member of several improvisational ensembles including The Sandoz Lab Technicians, Sleep and Eye. He regularly performs and exhibits locally and internationally.
