Our wine

Glass of red wine

Raewyn Paviour is viticulture lecturer here at the Cromwell Campus.

Raewyn has a degree in viticulture with practical experience on most aspects of vineyard management.

She is also the viticulture and horticulture apprentice coordinator for Central Otago. She also makes great wine!

The following wines are grown by our viticulture students and are served in our restaurant by the chef students!

Not only do our chef students have incredible benefits of fresh orchard produce, they can rub shoulders with viticulture students and learn about matching their very own Campus food and wine.

These wines are available for purchase at the Campus.
