Profiles:

Jo Brun

Jo was owner operator in partnership of Springvale Estate Winery Café for over 10 years and operates Molyneux Restaurant of the Cromwell campus. Jo currently lectures customer service, food safety, food costing, computing (up to higher level for MS Office Suite programmes), supervisory skills and business administration.

Trish Wilson

Trish has been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and her field of speciality is restaurant and cafe service and cookery.  Trish teaches cookery and barista service for the Otago Polytechnic in Cromwell and also currently works in the industry.
