I am an Educational Developer involved in supporting the design and development of flexible curriculum. As such my role is to provide advice and staff development to promote capability in the use of technology in teaching an learning. I am also a principal lecturer in two tertiary teaching and learning programmes.

As a Doctorate candidate at the University of Wollongong, I am investigating the use of a Three-Step Reflective Framework for use in developing evidence for electronic portfolios.

My current areas of interest include: digital information literacy, reflective practice, flexible and online teaching and learning. Also staff development for digital skills and capability and digital portfolios.

A work-related research project I am involved in currently is: 2007-2010 - Digital Information Literacy: Supported Development of Capability inTertiary Environments

My past research includes:
2006 - 2007 - Online Information Literacy eLearning Modules Project- various evaluation reports.
2005 - Approaches and implications of eLearning adoption in relation to academic staff efficacy and working practice.
2004 - The Impact of Technology on the Quality of Teaching and Learning in Tertiary Institutions: Literature Review.
