We are the Human Resources department within Otago Polytechnic specialising in the complete range of human resource activities including recruitment, training, and advice.

Our skills and expertise cover a wide range of strategic and administrative HR activities and initiatives, including human resource policy development.

Services

We offer the following consultancy service to the business community across Otago:

• Consultancy on a broad range of HR skills – for example: organisational restructures, policy design, employee problem resolution etc.
• Delivery of courses to employees and managers on topics such as harassment and bullying prevention, recruitment and selection Skills training, and stress prevention and management workshops.
• Bespoke workshop/training design and delivery for almost any HR activity
