Bahrain Polytechnic

Since its establishment in 2008, Otago Polytechnic has successfully worked with Bahrain as advisors, mentors and collaborators, supporting Bahrain’s curriculum development, staff recruitment and leadership training.

Kanazawa Technical College, Japan

The Kanazawa Technical College programme was established by Otago Polytechnic’s English Language Institute in 2003 and developed by the School of Architecture, Building and Engineering (ABE) in 2005, as an opportunity for Japanese students to learn English and engineering. The School of ABE now sees 15 to 20 Kanazawa students successfully compete the programme annually.

Kookje College, Korea

Otago Polytechnic and Kookje College, Seoul, Korea, have an agreed interest in maintaining and developing a relationship with each other. This is based on values and goals they have in common.

Both institutes believe that international exchange programmes of scholars, students, academic information and materials will enhance educational processes and cross-cultural awareness. Therefore, both parties agree to co-operate in the following fields:

1. Scholar exchange programmes (professors, lecturers and researchers);
2. Student exchange or study abroad programmes;
3. Exchange of curricula and instructional materials;
4. Exchange of publications and other literature;
5. Other academic related exchanges, to which both institutions agree.
