Strategy 2008-2012
Our Strategy 2008 – 2012 outlines the proposed direction of development at Otago Polytechnic and identifies how it will respond to the key challenges it is expected to face through to 2012.
This Strategy has been developed with substantial input from the Polytechnic community and other interested parties. It has been designed so that it can be used as a framework by Schools and Services of the Polytechnic in their own strategic and operational planning. The Strategy addresses the relevant Government’s Tertiary Education strategies and priorities, TES and STEP, and each year the Polytechnic Council refreshes the Strategy for any significant changes within the Polytechnic and the wider environment in which it operates.
