When Otago Polytechnic is hiring a Nursing Lecturer we require:
- NZ Registered nurse
- At least 3 years post-registration nursing practice experience
- At least a post-graduate qualification or must enrol in a post graduate degree within two years of appointment
- Hold teaching qualification, or complete within two years of appointment
- Complete a Treaty of Waitangi course and Cultural Safety and Turanga Kaupapa within one year of appointment
- If teaching and assessing students in clinical practice, must hold an Annual Practice Certificate
