Staff employment policies
Our most important asset is our staff. That’s why it is critical to gauge how each individual staff member feels about their job, wellbeing, workload and overall work environment. Annually, we encourage all staff to participate in the Work Environment Survey (WES). From these results, we can establish what works, what we need to improve and what we need to change.
